Joyson Safety Systems Recognized with 2026 HREC Learning & Development Value Award

Joyson Safety Systems (JSS) has been honored with the 2026 HREC Learning & Development Value Award – Value Case Award. The award was presented at the 2026 HREC Learning & Development Value Awards Ceremony held recently in Beijing, where JSS stood out among 224 participating companies for its innovative practices and outstanding achievements in talent development.

With the rapid expansion of its global business, the company has continued to advance its international talent strategy. Through a systematic talent development framework, JSS is strengthening global organizational collaboration and enhancing the international capabilities of its workforce, providing solid talent support for the company’s long-term growth.

The award-winning Asia International Talent Development Program is designed around the development needs of employees at different levels. It has established a comprehensive talent development system covering leadership development, management capability enhancement, language capability building, and knowledge sharing. Centered on the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for high-potential talent and the Management Development Program (MDP), the program adopts a tiered and categorized development approach to help employees continuously improve their professional capabilities and global perspectives.


The LDP focuses on high-potential talent development. Through cross-regional learning, action learning projects, and leadership development courses, it helps build core capabilities for future leaders. The MDP provides systematic training for frontline and middle managers through immersive English-language learning, case studies, cross-cultural collaboration practices, and special projects, helping managers enhance their leadership capabilities and cross-regional collaboration skills. Participants come from China, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, and other countries and regions. Through cross-regional learning and collaborative practices, the program promotes experience sharing and capability enhancement among employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, further strengthening the organization’s global collaboration capabilities.


At the same time, JSS continues to promote its English Learning Incentive Program. Through online learning platforms, tiered certification mechanisms, and incentive measures, the company helps employees improve their international communication capabilities. JSS has also established a knowledge-sharing platform to facilitate experience exchange and best-practice sharing among employees across different countries and regions.


By the end of 2025, the Asia International Talent Development Program had reached more than 870 employees. More than 300 employees had participated in the LDP and MDP programs, with overseas employees accounting for 18.6% of participants. The program has also supported the promotion or international assignment of more than 150 employees. By continuously improving its international talent development mechanism, JSS is strengthening its global talent pipeline and providing strong support for global operations and business expansion.
