2026-07-27

Joyson Electronics has officially signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), becoming a WEPs signatory and taking another step to support gender equality and inclusive development.

Established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact, the WEPs provide a set of seven principles to guide businesses in advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. The principles cover areas including high-level corporate leadership, equal opportunity and non-discrimination, employee health and safety, education and training, enterprise development and supply chain practices, community initiatives, and measurement and public reporting.
